Constructed with a PB-SNC2 shell, this helmet utilizes Z Resin, developed and blended in-house, which bonds the numerous layers and materials more securely while using less resin. This not only improves shell strength but also reduces weight, making it both robust and lightweight. The incorporation of Super Fiber and special synthetic reinforcing fibers enhances the shell's strength and glancing off properties, ensuring optimal protection without compromising comfort. Additionally, the internal structural net and peripheral belt further bolster the helmet's integrity with minimal weight or thickness increase.

The helmet’s shield latch employs a Variable Axis System (VAS) that securely holds the shield closed, preventing unexpected openings during rides. A dual-function lever facilitates quick and easy shield removal, while a larger latch ensures intuitive operation, even with heavy gloves. The shield features a positive stop to resist unintentional openings, and with a slight pull on the lift tab, it effortlessly lifts for convenience.

Moreover, the IC Duct5 design incorporates a three-position slide gate to improve sealing, effectively reducing noise and water intrusion.
