The Internal Air Channel enhances ventilation through an advanced air extraction system, effectively pulling hot and moist air from the eye port area. This innovative design utilizes ducted channels behind the cheek pads that exhaust air through side cowl vents, keeping riders cool and significantly reducing fogging.

Crafted with a PB-SNC2 Shell, this helmet employs Z Resin developed and blended in-house, which securely bonds the multiple layers and materials of the shell with less resin. This not only improves shell strength but also reduces weight, making it an excellent choice for long rides. The incorporation of Super Fiber and special synthetic reinforcing fibers contributes to a stronger yet lighter shell, providing outstanding Glancing Off properties. Additionally, the internal Structural net and Peripheral Belt further enhance the helmet’s durability with minimal impact on weight or thickness.

Equipped with a Variable Axis System (VAS) Shield Latch, the helmet securely holds the shield closed, preventing unexpected openings. The VAS Shield Mechanism combines pin trajectory with dual pivot points, allowing for smooth shield operation even at lower mount positions. A dual-function lever enables quick and simple shield removal, while a larger latch ensures intuitive operation, even when wearing heavy gloves. The shield features a positive stop to resist unintentional openings, and with a slight pull on the lift tab, it lifts effortlessly, even in the de-mist position.

For added comfort, the IC Duct5 employs a three-position slide gate, improving sealing to reduce noise and water intrusion. The vents are designed to be lightly mounted, ensuring they can easily detach in the event of an impact, thus preventing snagging on obstacles or causing excess rotational force.
