I bought a Battery from these folks about a year and a half ago. The Battery died. I had about 6 month more to go on the warranty. I notified them on Monday that I had an issue. On Thursday a New Battery was at my Doorstep. I don't believe Customer Service can get any better than this. Thank you!!!!

Shopped out a battery for my Kawasaki X2. Shipping was quick, and a good value. Battery I received had an issue straight off after filling/charging,, very low voltage/low cranking amps. Contacted PowersportParts with some testing images, and received a speedy reply. Great service. They warranted the first battery and shipped a replacement out fairly quick. Second battery had no problems, plenty hot! The first battery may have been dropped in shipping.. Happy with the battery, and the Customer Service...
